The PenFed Foundation is proud to celebrate the recent graduation of the Project Opportunity Cohort in Prince George’s County, Maryland, a program proudly funded through our Military Heroes Grant.
Project Opportunity is a free entrepreneurship training initiative designed to empower veterans across the State of Maryland. This 10-week intensive course equips active duty, reserve, guard, and veteran small business owners with the tools they need to successfully launch or grow a business. Participants complete the nationally recognized NxLevel Curriculum, which focuses on building a comprehensive business plan while incorporating expert-led sessions on topics such as marketing research, cash flow analysis, small business credit, legal structures, web development, and government procurement.
