2026 Car Raffle Official Rules
ELIGIBILITY
The PenFed Foundation for Military Heroes 2026 Car Raffle (“Raffle”) is open to all residents, age 18 or older, of CO, DE, DC, ID, IL, MD, MO, NE, NV, NH, NY, NC, SC, TX, VA, and WA. Individuals that are not residents of these states are ineligible for the raffle. Entrants, by participating in the Raffle, agree to be bound by these Official Rules and PenFed Foundation’s decisions. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. This Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
HOW TO ENTER
Eligible entrants may enter online until Monday, November 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. EST. To enter online, entrants should follow the links and instructions to enter the raffle and submit the online entry form. Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online. All entries must be received by November 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. EST to be eligible. There is no limit on entries per eligible person.
PRIZE DRAWING
One random drawing will be held on Tuesday, November 17, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. EST at 705 North Carolina Avenue, SE, Washington DC 20003. Winner need not be present to win.
ESTIMATED ODDS OF WINNING
Actual odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries. There are 6,000 total raffle tickets available for purchase.
PRIZE
There will be one prize for this Raffle. Winner will receive one 2026 Summit White Cadillac CT4-V valued at $56,845. No substitutions, reassignments, or transfers of prize permitted. Winner is responsible for any other costs and expenses not specifically described above that are associated with the acceptance and use of the prize, including tax and tags for the car. Winner is responsible for picking up the car from Moore Cadillac, Chantilly or cost of transporting the car to their location.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
One randomly selected winner will be notified after 10 a.m. EST on November 17, 2026, by telephone or e-mail. Once notified, the winner will have five days to claim or forfeit their prize. If the winner forfeits their prize, a new name will be randomly drawn. Winner will be required to sign a publicity release, unless prohibited by applicable federal, state or local law or regulations.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating in the Raffle, entrants agree to release, indemnify and hold The PenFed Foundation for Military Heroes harmless from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions and any liability of any kind caused in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in or resulting from the Raffle or the prize. The PenFed Foundation for Military Heroes reserves the right to modify prize award procedures.

GENERAL TERMS
No refunds will be issued for raffle ticket purchases. The following PenFed employees are not eligible for the Raffle: PenFed Foundation employees, PenFed Credit Union employees involved in the planning of the 2026 Car Raffle, and residents in all states where we are prohibited from selling raffle tickets, (only residents 18 or older of CO (Colorado), DE (Delaware), DC (District of Columbia), ID (Idaho), IL (Illinois), MD (Maryland), MO (Missouri), NE (Nebraska), NV (Nevada), NH (New Hampshire), NY (New York), NC (North Carolina), SC (South Carolina), TX (Texas), VA (Virginia), and WA (Washington) are eligible to participate in the raffle). Void where prohibited by law.
