Melany Claros is the Digital Media Coordinator at The PenFed Foundation, where she leads the strategy and execution of digital content across the Foundation’s website and social media platforms. With a strong background in marketing analytics and digital storytelling, Melany brings a data-informed, audience-first approach to enhancing online visibility and engagement. She previously served as a Digital Media Intern with the Digital team and The PenFed Foundation team, where she played a key role in streamlining web content and launching new initiatives to amplify donor and veteran impact stories. Melany holds a Master’s degree in Marketing Analytics from the University of Maryland, College Park and is passionate about using digital media to drive mission-driven impact.
