David Barondess brings 35 years of experience serving PenFed members to the PenFed Foundation board. During his career at PenFed, David held numerous IT leadership positions that spanned strategic technical management and oversight roles.

His leadership and expertise helped guide the implementation and technology integration and support for many PenFed systems directly related to maximizing member and internal operational efficiencies. David has volunteered with the PenFed Foundation since 2004 by supporting partner relationships and fundraising efforts to help improve the lives of veterans and their families.
