National Salute to Veteran Patients is an annual event to honor veterans receiving care at VA medical facilities.
This year, the PenFed Foundation joined Maryland Gold Star Mothers at the VA Medical Center in Baltimore as part of National Salute to Veteran Patients. Yesterday, we delivered Valentine’s Day presents and cards to these men and women who served our country.
It was an inspiration to spend time with the Maryland Gold Star Mothers, who honor their children’s memories and legacy of service through their own volunteer work. We are proud to support Maryland Gold Star Mothers through the PenFed Foundation’s Military Heroes Program.
