The PenFed Foundation for Military Heroes partners with Provalus to expand access to meaningful employment opportunities for veterans and military family members – particularly in rural and underserved communities.

Provalus is built on the belief that talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not. By bringing technology and service-based jobs into communities such as Brewton, Alabama; Jasper, Texas; Manning, South Carolina; Tahlequah, Oklahoma; Henderson, Texas; Whiteville and North Wilkesboro, North Carolina; Crockett, Texas; And Monticello, Kentucky, Provalus creates pathways for Veterans to transition into stable, purpose-driven careers.

Through this partnership Veterans and military families gain access to training, mentorship, and long-term employment in fields such as IT services customer support, and digital operations. These roles not only provide financial stability but also offer a renewed sense of purpose and connection after military service.
