CreatiVets

The PenFed Foundation partners with CreatiVets to provide veterans with meaningful pathways to healing through creative expression. CreatiVets was founded on the belief that art can be a powerful tool for processing service-related trauma, rebuilding identity, and restoring purpose after military service.

Through programs centered on songwriting, visual arts, music, and creative writing, veterans are given the space and guidance to share their stories in a way that feels authentic and empowering. These creative outlets allow participants to transform experiences of trauma, loss, and struggle into art that promotes reflection, connection, and continued growth.
