Amy Charlesworth is the Development Operations Coordinator at The PenFed Foundation for Military Heroes, supporting donor data management, gift processing, and operational logistics for fundraising and board activities. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and brings experience in administrative operations, financial workflows, and cross team coordination. A lifelong member of the military community, Amy grew up on Air Force bases and has spent many years supporting military spouses and active-duty families throughout her husband’s Air Force career. She is the spouse of a retired Air Force colonel and a proud mother of three.
