Rodrigo Salas is an entrepreneur, educator, and program designer dedicated to helping veterans and military families build successful civilian careers through entrepreneurship. Throughout his own entrepreneurial journey and years mentoring founders, Rodrigo repeatedly crossed paths with veterans and military spouses who turned to business ownership after struggling to translate their military skills into traditional employment. Witnessing both their resilience and the lack of support available to them inspired his commitment to serve this community. He is passionate about creating structured, practical pathways that honor the sacrifices veterans have made for our country. Rodrigo lives in Northwest Arkansas with his son, Sebastian, and their dog, Lucy.
