Rachele Belt is the Manager, Military Heroes Program at the PenFed Foundation. She joined the team in February 2024 bringing both her personal and professional experience of the military and veteran community to the organization.
Rachele, a military spouse, has worked in the non-profit space serving the military, veterans, and their families since 2012. She is an experienced program manager that has worked for the USO Metropolitan Washington-Baltimore, American Red Cross Service to the Armed Forces, and Blue Star Families. She currently serves on the Board of Director for Reveille Grounds.
Rachele holds a B.S. from the University of Maryland, College Park and both her Master of Science in Management and M.B.A. from the University of Maryland, University College.
